FIRST COMMUNITY LAND TRUST OF CHICAGO is a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the state of Illinois since 2003. Our mission is to promote community development and preserve affordable housing in Chicago. We believe that everyone deserves access to safe, decent, and affordable housing, and we work to make that a reality for low- to moderate-income families. ​ We provide a range of services to the community, including homebuyer education, foreclosure prevention counseling, and assistance with affordable housing applications.
